mashed bananas
1/3 c
sour cream
1/2 c
white chocolate chips

Step-By-Step

1Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and put your muffin cups in your pan. I suggest spraying pam or oil in your muffin cups because they will stick.
2Start by sifting all of your dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl combine your eggs and oil together and mix well. Then add your brown sugar and mix until smoth. Then add your bananas and combine well.
3Add your wet ingredients to the sifted flour. Then add your sour cream and mix well. Then add your white chocolate chips and stir well.
4Fill your cups 2/3 full with mix. Put them in the oven from 17-20 minutes. Check them by inserting a toothpick. They are done when it comes out clean. They will rise and make beutiful fluffy muffins. Enjoy.
