Corn Muffins with Chili
Add zucchini sticks and fresh orange wedges and supper's ready.
- 1 1/2 c
- bisquick baking mix
- 3/4 c
- 2 Tbsp
- 1 large
- 2/3 c
- milk or water
- 2 can(s)
- (24 oz. each) chili con carne with beans or 2 cans of creamed corn or 1 of each
Mix all ingredients except chili; beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
Fill 12 greased or sprayed medium muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
Heat chili. Serve with warm muffins.
