Super duper Delicious Cinnamon Rolls

- active dry yeast
- 4-1/2 c
- all purpose flour
- 1-1/2 c
- 2 c
- 1-1/2 c
- 1/3 c
- 1 stick
- container of vanilla cream cheese frosting
1Place yeast in bowl adding lukewarm water & sm. amt. of sugar.
when milky and bubbly add 2-1/2 c. Flour & 2 tbsp. Oil. Stirring until moistened but not too much.
3After an hr. Or so knead again then return again to pan for 3rd. Rising.
Then after an hr. Or so oil lg. baking pan and place dough pressing it flat from side to side. Then dab sm. amts. of butter into the dough and sprinkle with lots of sugar & cinnamon and then roll the entire piece into a giant loaf.
4At this point flour your knife and begin cutting 1/2 thicknesses. Place into oiled baking pan one by one. Then roll & flatten and sprinkle more cinnamon, sugar and roll up into shape of a roll and pat down with 2 fingers, placing almost side by side, and cover the pan for another final rise before baking.
