This is one of the many cornbread's my Gram would make, and this was my favorite. So easy and flavorful. I love it fresh from the oven, slathered in butter.

Ingredients

jiffy mixes
4
eggs
1 can(s)
corn, drained
1/2 c
oil
1 c
mayonnaise

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.

In a large bowl, add all ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon until everything is blended well.
2Pour into prepared baking dish.
3Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until golden.


I like it best straight from the oven with butter.
