- eggs, separated
- 3 Tbsp
- full fat cottage cheese
- packet steevia
- 1/4 tsp
- cream of tarter
1preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2when separating eggs, be very careful not to get any of the yolks into the whites.
in a small bowl blend yolks cottage cheese and stevia until completely combined.
In medium/large ball beat egg whites and tartar on high until stiff peaks form.
ad the egg yolk mixture to the egg whites and blend gently until thoroughly combined.
Gently pour into a silicone bread pan.
3Bake at 300 for 45 minutes. Turn of oven and allow bread to cool in oven.
Slice with very sharp bread knife and use as you would bread.
