The dough can also be made in your bread machine. Proof the yeast as written above, then add the other ingredients and put machine on the "dough" setting. Shape loaf and let it rest for 30 minutes. Bake on 375 for 25-30 minutes.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, proof yeast. Add package of yeast, sweetener and water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients. Attach a dough hook, and mix on slow until all of the flour is absorbed. Increase speed and knead dough until it forms a ball and is not sticky. Continue kneading for 5-10 minutes. Remove from bowl and shape into a ball.
Place in oiled bowl. Cover with oiled Saran Wrap and let sit for 1 hour. Punch down dough, and shape into a loaf. Put the dough into a bread pan, cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 375. After the second rising, place pan in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is brown and makes a "hollow" sound when tapped. Let cool and serve.
