Oat Bran Muffins

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Sift the dry ingredients together. Add any optional ingredients.
3Add the wet ingredients and stir until mixed. Spoon the batter into 18 nonstick muffin cups and bake for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
