whole wheat pastry flour
2 c
oat bran
4 tsp
baking powder
1/2 c
chopped walnuts
1/2 c
raisins
2 c
apple juice, unsweetened
1 tsp
ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sift the dry ingredients together. Add any optional ingredients.

Add the wet ingredients and stir until mixed. Spoon the batter into 18 nonstick muffin cups and bake for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
