Ingredients

1/3 c
buttermilk
1/4 c
water
1
egg
3 Tbsp
honey
1/2 c
whole wheat flour
2/3 c
wheat bran
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1 c
coarsely chopped apple (with skin)
1/3 c
grated carrot
3 Tbsp
chopped walnuts

Step-By-Step

1Stir together buttermilk, water, eggs and honey in 2 cup measuring glass. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add liquids, along with remaining ingredients. Bake in muffin tins at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
