This jewels are great just to snack on or with almost any meal. We love them, I used to go to Red Lobster and buy them when I would have to go to a pot luck function now I just make them, they are easy to make

Ingredients

1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
italian seasonings
44 oz
cold water
1/2 c
butter
1 Tbsp
parsley flakes
5 lb
bisquick
1 lb
cheddar cheese, shredded (sharp)

SMALLER BATCH

2 c
bisquick
1/2 c
cold water
3/4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
italian seasoning
1/4 c
butter
1/2 Tbsp
parsley flakes
yields about 12 biscuits

Directions Step-By-Step

Per-heat oven to 450*. Mix Bisquick, water and cheese. Drop by large spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. After baking, while still hot, brush on melted butter with garlic powder, parsley flakes and Italian seasoning. Serve hot

Note: you can use soda water or ginger-ale for the water
