Ingredients

1 1/2 c
powdered buttermilk
8 c
all purpose flour
4 Tbsp
baking powder
3 Tbsp
sugar
2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
cream of tartar
1 tsp
baking soda
2 1/3 c
vegetable shortening

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients in a food processor bowl fitted with a metal blade.

2Process until well mixed. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months. (I keep it in the fridge).
