Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in 2 cups broth to a very stiff dough; gradually mix in remaining cup broth to form bread dough consistency, add peanut butter and mix well. On a floured surface, roll dough to 1/4 thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut dough into shapes.
