- 3 medium
- fresh asparagus spears trimmed
- tube, 11 ozs refridgerated breadsticks
- egg white, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c
- grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp
- dried oregano
1Cut carrots lengthwise into quarters. In a lrg skillet, bring 2 in. of water to a boil. add carrots; cook for three min. Add asparagus; cook 3 min longer. Drain; immediatly place in an ice water bath. Drain an pat dry.
2Cut each piece of breadstick dough in half. roll each piece into a 7-in rope. Wrap one rope in a spiral around each vegtable. place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; tuck ends of dough under vegtable to secure.
3Brush with egg white. Combine cheese an oregano; sprincle over sticks. bake at 375 degrees f until golden brown about 12 min. serve warm.
