Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix (i use bisquick mix)
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked/mashed (not can)
2 lb. sausage (i use hot)

I fix this every Christmas, one of my many adopted sons, Christopher has to have an extra making of this recip. So as you can guess I bake double-well if you saw Chris how could you turn down those puppy dog eyes!!!

combine all ingreds., well. Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 20 mins., or til lightly brown.

When I'm mixing the ingreds., I wear plastic gloves and mix with my hands. Also I use an icecream scooper to scoop ount onto pan-all come out same size.

Shirley, I love sweet potatoes and this is different from what i have had other than the pie. I am going to make these for my family over the Holidays. Thanks.....Saved

gloria, when you make these, i baked them just a little bit longer (crust on bottom) and also they are just as good cold as they are warm. enjoy

Could you make these with canned sweet potatoes? I take care of my 3 year old granddaughter, and don't always have alot of time.
