I fix this every Christmas, one of my many adopted sons, Christopher has to have an extra making of this recip. So as you can guess I bake double-well if you saw Chris how could you turn down those puppy dog eyes!!!

Ingredients For sweet potato sausage balls

3 c.biscuit mix (i use bisquick mix)

1 c.sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

2 c.sweet potatoes, cooked/mashed (not can)

2 lb.sausage (i use hot)
How To Make sweet potato sausage balls

1combine all ingreds., well. Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet.

2Bake at 350 for 20 mins., or til lightly brown.

3When I'm mixing the ingreds., I wear plastic gloves and mix with my hands. Also I use an icecream scooper to scoop ount onto pan-all come out same size.
