(10-inch) flour or whole wheat tortillas
nonfat plain yogurt
1 - 10oz. pkg
frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
shredded reduced fat mexican-blend cheese
chopped green onions
1PREHEAT: Oven to 450 degrees F.
COAT: Baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2PLACE: Tortillas on baking sheet.
BAKE: 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
REMOVE: From oven and reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
3SPREAD: Yogurt evenly over tortillas.
TOP: With spinach and tomato and sprinkle with cheese.
4RETURN: To oven 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
SPRINKLE: With green onions.
CUT: Each tortilla into 6 slices.
