Cut chiles into halves (for milder dish, remove seeds and veins)

Cut onion and tomatoes into quarters

Remove stems from cilantro

2Remove pit from avocado, peel and cut into quarters

Place avocado and remainder of other vegetables into food processor with pureed mixture.

Add lime juice and salt

Pulse in short bursts, leaving mixture a bit chunky.
3NOTE: Place avacado pits in mixture until serving as it will help prevent browning
