Ingredients For red onion and jalapeno cocktail sauce

1 1/4 cchili sauce

1/2 cred onion, grated (grate from large holes on grater)

1 tspjalapenos, fresh, finely diced

6 Tbspprepared horseradish

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice, more to taste

1/4 tspsea salt, more to taste
How To Make red onion and jalapeno cocktail sauce

1Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Chill, covered, until ready to use. This sauce is best made a day in advance and will keep well in fridge for up to a week. NOTE: Prior to serving, taste and add more lemon juice and salt, as needed.
