GRILLED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH RANCH DRESSING

- wooden skewers
- 16 large
- brussels sprouts
- 1 tsp
- melted coconutr oil
- pinch sae salt
- 1/2 c
- ranch dressing
- 1/2 to 1 tsp
- hot sauce
1Soak the wooden skewers in water about 45 minutes.
2Slice the Brussels sprouts half through the stem end.
3Toss the sprouts, coconut oil, and the sea salt into a large bowl.
4Thread the sprouts onto the wooden skewers, and place on a hot grill cut side down
5Grill about 5 minutes until edges are golden and crispy
6Whisk the ranch dressing with the hot sauce to taste.
