Ingredients

wooden skewers
16 large
brussels sprouts
1 tsp
melted coconutr oil
pinch sae salt
1/2 c
ranch dressing
1/2 to 1 tsp
hot sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Soak the wooden skewers in water about 45 minutes.

Slice the Brussels sprouts half through the stem end.

Toss the sprouts, coconut oil, and the sea salt into a large bowl.

Thread the sprouts onto the wooden skewers, and place on a hot grill cut side down

Grill about 5 minutes until edges are golden and crispy

Whisk the ranch dressing with the hot sauce to taste.
