Ingredients

each green and red bell pepper chopped in chunks

large chunked cucumber
1
sweet vadalia onion, quartered, pulled apart
1
large fresh chunked tomato, bite sized
1 bottle
low cal italian dressing
1 tsp
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1in large bowl combine all the vegetables
2pour on enough dressing to coat
3add ground black pepper and toss
4cover with tight lid and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight
