Easy Blender Salsa

I found this on a blog a while ago. I prepared it for the backstage musicians and stage crew for our annual Blues Festival. I was informed that it was a "Do Again" Thanks Guys!

Ingredients

1 - 14 oz can(s)
diced tomatoes, undrained
1 - 10 oz can(s)
rotel tomatoes, undrained
1/2
white onion
1 clove
garlic
1/2 - 1
fresh jalapeno
1 tsp
honey
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
ground cumin
1 handful
fresh cilantro
juice of 1 lime

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients in blender until desired consistency.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Salsa improves as flavors blend.

Tip: hotness of salsa is determined by amount of jalapeno seeds added. It is recommended to wear gloves when handling jalapeno peppers. NEVER place hands close to eyes after working with jalapeno peppers!
