Ingredients

can black beans rinsed and drained well
1
can kernal corn rinsed and drained well
1/2
onion diced
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
salt to taste approximately 1 tablespoon
fresh cilantro minced to taste i use about half of a bunch
lime juice for dressing i start with 1/4 cup and add more depending on taste preference

Mix all together and refrigerate... Usually better the next day... I eat with baked pita chips or tortilla chips...
