Slice Peppers in half and clean out seeds. Set aside. Start cooking Maple Bacon. Only cook about half way to being done.
Warm cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds so its easy to stir.
Chop onion and mushroom. Add to cream cheese. Also add powdered ingredients. Feel free to add others if you like. I some times use Nature Seasoning as well as a little salt and pepper. Mix well.
Stuff Peppers with cream cheese mixture. Wrap each pepper with a full slice of bacon. Place in a baking dish and bake at 300 degrees till bacon is crispy. Cool and enjoy!!!! These are also great reheated if they dont get gobbled up.
