Ingredients

16 oz
can red salmon, drained
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
2 tsp
chopped onion
4 tsp
chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp
horseradish
1/2 c
chopped pecans

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients, except pecans. Form into a ball, roll in pecans. Chill for 2-3 hours. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes about 6 servings.
