Homemade Cucumber Salad Dressing

I have never made this BUT this a.m. I was reading a broccoli salad recipe and the gal had stated she could not find "this flavour/flavor of dressing on the grocery shelf lately, so I did what I thought might help....I googled! Enjoy

Ingredients

1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
sour cream
2 Tbsp
chopped fresh chives or chopped green onion
3/4 c
finely chopped "seeded" cucumber
1 Tbsp
milk
1 tsp
chopped fresh dill
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Finely chop chives or green onion.
2Peel and seed cucumber
3Finely chop cucumber to measure 3/4 cup.
4Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream and chives or onion.
5Add chopped cucumber.
6Stir in milk as needed to thin mixture.
7Add dill and salt and pepper to taste.
8Chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
