uncooked shrimp, in shell
1 Tbsp
swamp fire or seafood seasoning of choice
1 Tbsp
everglades or seasoning salt of choice
1-2 tsp
italian seasoning
2 large
lemon wedges
2-3 Tbsp
cilantro, fresh & chopped
1/2 c
garlic flavored vinaigrette

Directions Step-By-Step

in a medium pot add 3-4 cups water, swamp fire, italian seasoning, 1/2 lemon wedges. boil for 5 minutes. add shrimp and bring back to boil. shrimp is done when they turn a salmon color. do not over cook. shrimp only needs to cook a couple of minutes. remove and add garlic dressing, cilantro and remaining lemon wedges. serve warm or cool and chill in fridge.
