1 3//4 c
graham crackers, crushed
3 Tbsp
light brown sugar
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 stick
butter
3 oz
8 oz each pkgs cream cheese at room temperature
16 oz
can pureed pumpkin
3
eggs + 1 yolk
1/4 c
sour cream
1 1/2 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp
fresh ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp
ground cloves
2 Tbsp
all-purpose flour
1 tsp
vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven 350 d

for crust
in medium bowl - combine crust, sugar, cinnamon
add butter - press flat into a 9" springform pan.
set aside

for filling
beat cream cheese until smooth
add pumpkin puree, eggs & yolk, sour cream, sugar & spices.
add flour & vanilla
beat together until will combined

pour into crust.spread evenly and place in oven for 1 hour
remove from oven and let sit 15 minutes
cover with plastic and refrigerate for 4 hours
