I can just imagine nibbling on these, along with a cool drink on the patio--or maybe in front of a roaring fire when the snow is three feet deep. Either way, these sound so yummy!

In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until very hot. Carefully add parsley, onion salt, sugar, lemon juice, and garlic powder, stirring until combined. Add macadamia nuts.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes. Drain nuts on paper towels; cool.
