Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers

- mini sweet peppers
- 1 lb
- italian sausage (green chub)
- 1 pkg
- cream cheese, 8 ounces
- 2/3 c
- grated or shredded parmesan
1Cut peppers in two and remove seeds.
2Brown sausage, drain and crumble.
3Mix sausage with cream cheese and parmesan.
4Stuff each pepper half with the sausage/cheese mixture.
5Bake at 350 until brown on top.
