This recipe is from Freakin' Fabulous Book by Clinton Kelly, who says,"Everyone remembers Peter Brady's infamous Porkchops and Applesauce episode on The Brady Bunch, right?" Well this makes a perfect party platter that would make your mouth water!

extra virgin olive oil
1Bread the pork with bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil until cooked through and no longer pink.
While the pork is cooling, add mustard to the applesauce and pour into a dipping bowl.
