I always use this recipe when I have leftovers from St. Patrick's Day dinner. My family loves it.

Ingredients
- 2(8oz) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces corned beef,chopped in small pieces
- 8 ounces swiss cheese,shredded
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 - loaf of rye bread
How To Make baked reuben dip

Step 1Remove top of bread loaf and clean out the bread inside to bake the dip in. Save the cubes from inside for dipping.

Step 2Mix all the ingredients together and place in the center of the carved bread.

Step 3Wrap loaf entirely in foil and bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.Serve warm.You can also bake it a different way. Put slices of bread on the bottom of casserole dish, pour the dip on top, sprinkle additional cheese and bake for 1 hour.
