I always use this recipe when I have leftovers from St. Patrick's Day dinner. My family loves it.

Ingredients

  • 2(8oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces corned beef,chopped in small pieces
  • 8 ounces swiss cheese,shredded
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 - loaf of rye bread

How To Make baked reuben dip

  • Step 1
    Remove top of bread loaf and clean out the bread inside to bake the dip in. Save the cubes from inside for dipping.
  • Step 2
    Mix all the ingredients together and place in the center of the carved bread.
  • Step 3
    Wrap loaf entirely in foil and bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.Serve warm.You can also bake it a different way. Put slices of bread on the bottom of casserole dish, pour the dip on top, sprinkle additional cheese and bake for 1 hour.
