Cook and drain meats, add cheeses, season with pepper and garlic, or you can use a pkg of taco season, I don't like it so I don't use it myself. Cut off ends of jalapeno, clean using a grapefruit spoon or veggie peeler. stuff peppers with meat & cheese mixture. Cover peppers with cresent roll dough completely. (sometimes you may have to use 2 cans of dough, depending on the size of your jalapenos) Bake @ 350 till cresent dough is a beautiful brown, 20-30 minutes. These freeze well if you can make it to the freezer with them before they are gone.
