Ingredients

2 pkg
mini fillio shells (30 shells total)
1
tub (8 oz) strawberry cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
lemon preserves
2
egg whites
2 large
strawberries, fresh, sliced

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350. Place fillo shells on baking sheet and crisp for 5 minutes.

While shells are crisping, mix together cream cheese, preserves and egg whites with hand held mixer until smooth and fluffy.
Remove shells from oven.

Pipe cream cheese mixture into cups just below top (they puff a bit while baking).

Place in oven and bake for 16 minutes.

Remove from oven and top with 1 slice of strawberry
