Sometimes I love to serve a simple sliced avocado with my Mexican dishes. So easy, but yummy, and nothing masking the flavors of this buttery fruit.

Ingredients

1 large
avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced
lemon
juice
olive
oil
salt
& cracked black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Peel, seed and slice avocado about 1/2 inch thick. Drizzle with lemon juice - a good olive oil, salt and pepper. That's all there is to it. Sometimes I add a pinch of chili powder.
