I made these one day as a healthy alternative to fries that my grandchildren wanted. They loved them. Can be doubled or tripled.
grannysmith apples, peeled, cored, sliced into thick matchstick slices
1Heat oven to 350. Spray a baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place apple slices in one layer in baking dish.
2In measuring cup, whisk together the water and cornstarch. Pour over apples and stir to mix.
3Sprinkle apples w/ sugar and cinnamon. Bake until tender, about 15 mins.
