Blood Orange, Avocado, and Red Onion Salad

I usually wouldn't buy a blood orange because of the expense but I had to try this recipe. We have had it twice--once using the white balsamic vinegar and once using regular balsamic. I liked it better with the white balsamic and it was a toss up for my husband because he liked it both ways. It not only makes a lovely salad but it is refreshing.

avocado
1/4 small
red onion
2 Tbsp
white balsamic vinegar

Directions Step-By-Step

peel and dice into chunks one blood orange

peel and dice into chunks one avocado

thinly slice red onion

Put into a small bowl and lightly toss.
Serve on small plates and drizzle with a little of the balsamic vinegar
