I love any kind of stuffed mushroom! Especially portabellas! So with the mushrooms in my fridge and dinner tonight I made these and am enjoying right now!!

1-2 c
leftover sloppy joe meat w/ dash of cumin added
2 pkg
baby portabellas
cheddar cheese, shredded
bread crumbs
olive oil
chopped fresh cilantro

Directions Step-By-Step

Wipe and pull stems from mushrooms. Small chop stems and add to meat.
Stuff each mushroom w/meat.
In small bowl combine equal parts shredded cheese and seasoned bread crumbs, Top mushroom. Drizzel with a little olive oil.
Bake at 375 for about 20-25 min. Top with fresh chopped cilantro
