Sauté in the butter, the Garlic, Onions and Shallots until browning begins.
Slowly add Heavy Cream and reduce by nearly half.
Add Gorgonzola Cheese and blend until melted.
Drizzle Wine around the edges of the pan slowly and stir another few minutes until completely blended.
Serve Hot with pita chips or veggie slices.
