I love the ease of serving up mini phyllo tarts! If you love honey, nuts & cheese along with the crisp & crunchy tarts this will be a favorite for you as well. They go fast, so either make double the recipe or serve another appetizer along side this one. I did use a infused honey which gave the tarts even more flavor.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place your tarts on a baking sheet, add a small amount of cheese to fill bottom of tart, 1 pecan half & then drizzle a little honey. Bake for 5-7 minutes till cheese is melted and tarts lightly browned. Remove, add one more drizzle of honey and serve immediately.
