This is a recipe found several years ago in a church cook book. I am not sure where or who made this recipe, but here is my way and how I like to design it for my Christmas Eve party.

Method:

No-Cook or Other

Ingredients

2
8 oz packs of cream cheese
1 c
finely chopped sweet onion
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1
small jar of dried beef
diamond nuts, pecans or walnuts

Directions Step-By-Step

1
To make a snowman with this recipe I doubled the recipe.

Let the cream cheese come to room temp.
2
Finely chop the onion, nuts of your choice, I used walnuts, and finely chop the dried beef.
3
Place the cream cheese in the bowl and add all the ingredients and mix well.
Form into two balls for the body and one the size of a head for your snowman. I did roll mine up in nuts too but you can omit that if you prefer to have nuts only on the inside.
4
Place you balls on a plate then decorate with olives and small pretzels for arms. I used a very small carrot for the nose and I also wrapped a slice of pimento around the neck for a scraf.
I found the little hat in a specialty store and glued the little bird on top of hat. Michaels had these items several years ago.
