- 3 Tbsp
- nuts, finely chopped
- 6 oz
- goat cheese, soften
- dried apricots or dried figs, quartered
1Line a dish with wax paper and add chopped nuts.
2Scoop a heaping 1/2 teaspoon of cheese.
Press fruit into the center.
Wrap cheese around fruit to form a ball.
3Roll the cheese ball in nuts to form a crust.
