French Baked Shrimps Ramequins

I use cocktail shrimps so it makes a delicate creamy texture. Everytime I make it the French connection loves it!!!

Ingredients

1 lb
cooked small shrimps
1/2 c
gruyere cheese grated
1/2 c
emmental cheese grated
1/2 c
swiss cheese
1 c
mayonnaise
1 c
white wine
6 clove
garlic
1 pinch
freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Preheat the oven at 325 degreed F
2Combine all of the ingredients except the shrimps in a large saucepan and cook over low medium heat stirring until cheeses are thoroughly melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in shrimps.
Pour mixture into ramequins.
Spread grated cheese on top of each ramequins.
3Bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and the top is golden brown.
4Serve it with FRENCH CROUSTADES.
