Easy Mini Goat Cheese Balls

8 oz
goat cheese
4 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 c
chopped fresh herbs**parsley, basil, oregano etc...your choice**
1 Tbsp
lemon zest
1/2 c
walnuts, chopped & toasted
1-2 Tbsp
black sesame seeds, toasted
1 tsp
granulated garlic
1 tsp
granulated onion
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin...for hands


1place herbs, sesame seeds and nuts in 3 separate bowls. combine cheeses, garlic, onion, lemon zest, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl, mix. coat your hands with olive oil. roll mini balls in the palm of your hands. roll each ball into whatever bowl you desire. chill for at least 1 hour. serve with whatever suits your fansy. toast points, salame, fresh veggies, olives are always on point with these delectable balls. BTW, these are excellent on salads...ENJOY!!
