I serve this spread on toast baguettes, but you can also use it as a dip for cut-up veggies.
15 oz container low-fat ricotta cheese
crumbled gorgonzola cheese
crushed, dried thyme
crushed, dried rosemary
toasted baguette bread
apple of choice, cored, sliced thin
1Place ricotta cheese in lg bowl. Mix w/ mixer on medium speed for 2 mins. Stir in gorgonzola cheese, herbs and honey.
2Spoon mix into serving bowl. Cover, refrigerate 1 hr. Spread mix evenly onto bread slices. And top w/ apple slices.
