	aged cheddar cheese
	hazelnuts

Pat's Notes:

These simple and delicious appetizers were devoured by my bunco ladies at my let's go to the races theme party!
None were left! Thank you Aimee of Simple Bites in Quick Bites.

Directions

Heat oven to 350^. toast nuts for 8 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Slice cheese in 1/2 inch square pieces.
Split apricots open carefully with a knife.
Then insert a piece of cheese where the pit would have been.
Now a nut on top of cheese.and microwave for 10 seconds, or just until the cheese starts to melt.
(Amiee did not heat in microwave, just me)
Place on platter and serve at room temperature- and don't worry about leftovers, there won't be any!!!
