None were left! Thank you Aimee of Simple Bites in Quick Bites.
Slice cheese in 1/2 inch square pieces.
Split apricots open carefully with a knife.
Then insert a piece of cheese where the pit would have been.
Now a nut on top of cheese.and microwave for 10 seconds, or just until the cheese starts to melt.
(Amiee did not heat in microwave, just me)
Place on platter and serve at room temperature- and don't worry about leftovers, there won't be any!!!
