Vegetini Vegetable Dippers
I was having a Stampin' Up party and planned to serve a vegetable platter. I saw all the martini glasses I had in my cupboard and got inspired! It was fun. You can put grape tomatoes and olives on a skewer and do many variations.
- 9 Tbsp
- marie's yogurt ranch dressing
- 18 small
- broccoli florets
- 30 slice
- crinkle and diagonally cut carrot
- 12 slice
- yellow squash, cut in half
- 6 slice
- cucumber, knotched half way to center
1Fill each martini glass with 1 1/2 Tbsp dressing in bottom of glass.
2Per glass, alternate placing 5 carrot slices and 4-half squash slices around side.
3Per glass, place two broccoli florets on side and one in middle.
4Garnish with one cucumber slice on edge of glass.
