head of cabbage, cut or shredded
carrots, cut into thin sticks or grated
1In deep skillet, heat olive oil, then brown ground turkey, season with pepper and garlic, stirring occasionally.
2While waiting, chop cabbage into manageable pieces, shreds or bite-sized pieces work well.
3When turkey has browned, no need to drain, add carrots and cabbage and stir.
4Add soy sauce and continue to cook, stirring frequently until cabbage and carrots are desired consistency
5Place a dollop of filling in the center of each wrapper and roll according to package directions, using water to seal.
6After all are completed, heat about 1/4"-1/2" of olive oil in fry pan, and fry until wrapper is browned, turning as needed. Drain well on paper towels. Enjoy!
