I do this salad,every summer.....kg of peppers,any colours.....

1 kg
mild red peppers
150 ml
oil
2 Tbsp
white vinegar
1 Tbsp
salt
3 Tbsp
parsley

Directions Step-By-Step

Choose big,fine, fresh,red peppers and bake them on a iron plate,settled on the gas cooker flame.

Baked peppers are strew with salt ,and,covered on a bowl,for some minutes.

After that,you peel them in cold water,lay them on a salad bowl,put a little salt,pour some oil, vinegar and srinkled with some fresh copped parsley.

If you want ,make this salad with baked pepper strips.
