Ingredients

1 can(s)
black beans, drained
1 can(s)
pinto beans, drained
1 can(s)
kidney beans, drained
1 can(s)
black eyed peas, drained
1 can(s)
corn, drained
1 c
celery, chopped
1 c
onion, chopped
1 c
peppers, sweet-colored, chopped

MARINADE

1/2 c
apple cider vinegar
1/4 c
vegetable oil
1/2 c
sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix beans and vegetables in large container with cover.

Bring oil, sugar, and vinegar to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.

Pour mixture over beans and vegetables. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Serve as a bean salad, or as an appetizer with baked tortilla chips.
