salmon
12 large
scallops
12 oz
spinach
8 oz
craisin
1 large
orange bell pepper
1 large
red bell pepper
1 c
white wine
1 small
lemon juice
3 oz
feta cheese
1 clove
garlic
12 oz
mango salsa
5 Tbsp
feiny's rubs
2 Tbsp
oil
4 Tbsp
garbanzo beans, dry

Directions Step-By-Step

Rub Salmon and Scallops and pour oil in pan and sauté until top is crispy…
put cedar plan on stove and turn on until it sets fire…once it sets add salmon and let cook
put on metal pan and into th even. 350 for 10-15 minutes or until flakes.

add oil to hot pan and add garbanzo beans, peppers, spinach and lemon juice and crasins…..add white wen and sauté.
set aside

Layer spinach mixture on plate and add feta
then scallops
add mango salsa to top of salmon..
