Ingredients

12 pkg
frozen shelled edamame
3 clove
garlic minced
1/2 c
tahini
1/2 c
reserved edamame water
1/2 c
grated parmesan
1/2 c
cilantro leaves
1/4 c
fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cumin
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook frozen edamame in pot of salted boiling water until tender. Drain reserving 1/2 cup water.

Place in food processor with remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
