Wendy's Story

Using Jo Anne's Snickerdoodle Cupcake recipe (on this site), except I topped with a Cream Cheese Frosting...and dusted with a cinnamon sugar mixture. Yummy
Sorta reminds me of cinnabons...at least the smell when baking did! :)

Ingredients

snickerdoodle cupcake recipe (by jo anne from hawaii) plus
1/2 c
sour cream, add to cupcakes when you add vanilla
FROSTING:
1 - 8 oz
cream cheese
1 c
butter, softened

Make Jo Annes yummy snickerdoodle cupcake recipe. Allow cupcakes to cool.

In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter and vanilla...add powdered sugar and cream, beat on high speed until smooth and creamy, if needed you may add a tsp milk at a time to reach desired consistency.

Mix cinnamon and sugar in small bowl and set aside.

Frost cupcakes then dust with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar...
